As you may have already seen in the press this morning BT (British Telecom) are experiencing network wide issues with its Broadband internet services.
All our cloud and external services are fully operational as we use additional providers to BT for our infrastructure but some of you may experience issues connecting to them if you are in the areas affected by BT internet failure.
Some typical symptoms of being affected would be:
- unable to browse the internet
- unable to log in to your cloud server if you are on
- when trying to download new MoveMan Mobile surveys you receive the message about an Endpoint not listening.
BT are working to resolve this and they are posting regular updates on their service page and twitter feeds.
