MoveMan has designed and engineered links with accounts packages over a number of years with the aim of increasing company efficiency and accuracy whilst also helping you save money on bookkeeping.  Each link has been designed to export directly from MoveMan into the available accounts systems essentially saving you time re-entering customer and invoicing data you already have in MoveMan.

With all our links, the core functionality creates new customer records in your accounts package then posts all invoice data directly to the sales ledger by each individual sales line. This ensures that all invoices added to your accounts system are created with the full audit trail and breakdown you would have if the invoice was created directly within the account package. Essentially the user creating the quote has done the majority of the admin in creating the invoice so our export process cuts out all this unnecessary time and expense re-entering data just to get it into your accounts software.

A major difference between us and other removal software providers is that our links are direct, there is no downloading and uploading cumbersome files that either have limited content or require manual changes.  Our links are seamless, fast, accurate and unique.

Sage

Sage is our longest and most widely used accounts software integration. Accredited as a Sage partner since 2001 and currently the only removal software provider to hold this partnership. Our Sage links enable integration with Sage 50 and Sage Business Cloud Accounting, plus bespoke links with Sage 200.
MoveMan Sage integration provides:

• Creating purchases and assigning these to suppliers.
• Balance and transaction information imported back into MoveMan
• Multicurrency integration with International trader integration (Sage Accounts only)

Xero

MoveMan has been integrating with Xero for over 7 years and is one of the most recently adopted links by removal companies.
MoveMan Xero integration provides:

• OpenAuth 2 API integration
• Creating customers
• Creating and posting invoices and credit notes direct to the ledger and customer activity by Sales/Nominal codes
• Creating purchases and assigning these to suppliers.
• Balance and transaction information imported back into MoveMan

QuickBooks

Intuit QuickBooks Online connectivity is a new link, completed in 2023 and already used by a number of companies.
MoveMan QuickBooks connectivity provides:

• Balance and transaction information imported back into MoveMan

Kashflow

IRIS Kashflow connectivity was completed in 2016 and used by a small number of companies.

• Balance information imported back into MoveMan

Swan

SWAN ERP is our newest accounts software link.
MoveMan Swan integration provides:

In addition to these main software accounts systems we integrate with we have also created bespoke links over a number of years on a one-off basis.  Integrations in the past have included Great Plains, MYOB and Access Accounting to name just a few.
