Simple follow-up lists and reminders, bulk emailing features and the powerful resource costing module all help you produce accurate quotes that you can follow up in no time at all. For the ultimate streamlined process add on the additional MoveMan Connect module to give you the power to incorporate online acceptances.

Emailed directly from your own emailing system, MoveMan outputs your quotes to PDF format and attaches all the necessary documentation by quote type and per destination country for international moves.  This ensures that not only is it quick and easy to get quotes out to customers, they are consistent across all people quoting and they look professionally produced.

Operations Management

Powerful job diaries are one of our USPs.  Our unique drag and drop resourcing diary helps you allocate crew and vehicles to jobs quickly and easily, whilst keeping you in control of who is available.  Year planners per resource aid record keeping, 2-week diaries help you plan when to do moves and identify when your busy days are, whilst also keeping track of invoiced jobs and customers account levels. Customisable job sheets can be produced individually or in bulk or linked to the new MoveMan Job app for the crew.

Resource management is also one of the areas MoveMan can help with.  It tracks training records, security clearance and uniform issued. Track vehicle defects and provide reports on what defects need fixing and how they were fixed. Full holiday and sickness tracking as well as year planners for servicing, MOT, inspections all help you get the best use out of your resources.

Invoicing

With direct integration and links to Sage, Xero and QuickBooks, invoicing through MoveMan couldn’t be simpler.  Invoices are done in MoveMan normally at the click of a button to generate the invoice from the job. Avoid wasting time re-entering data and reduce your book-keeping time as the invoices are directly linked to the quote so there is minimal time needed to get an invoice out to the customer pre-move or at time of booking.

Full branding is displayed on your invoices with payment details and links to online payment system via our partner Blink make invoicing simple.

Storage Management

Another USP is our efficient storage invoicing system.  Unrivalled number of billing periods are available to cater for all your individual customer needs, giving you the flexibility to invoice how often you require.  MoveMan will be able to keep track of all your customers records and also keep track of which containers are allocated to each customer, which ones are empty but also allow you to split this across multiple facilities, branches and locations. At the click of a button you can see your utilisation enabling you to market your storage effectively.

MoveMan will prompt you if you have customers ready for invoicing and these can be produced in a batch and emailed at the end of the process.  What normally takes removal companies a day or two to complete their storage run, MoveMan will be able to do this in minutes.
